What it costs.

Three sizes of site. Pay half the build fee up front and go on the care plan for a year, or pay the build fee outright and take the care plan if you want it.

A shop people are sent to.

$1,000 down, then $150 a month for a yearor $2,000 outright, care plan optional

The Starter site. Up to six pages: home, about, services, reviews, contact, and one page for your main service or town. For a business that gets its work by referral and needs the site to confirm what the referrer said.

A trade with several services, working several towns.

$2,250 down, then $200 a month for a yearor $4,500 outright, care plan optional

The Standard site. Up to fifteen pages: a page for each service you offer, written for your home town. Most Brevard trades and practices are this one.

A business that works the whole county.

$4,000 down, then $250 a month for a yearor $8,000 outright, care plan optional

The Full site. Twenty-five to forty pages: a page for each service in each town you work, from Titusville to Palm Bay. This is what Master Team Automotive runs on.

The first five.

$1,000 down, then $200 a month for a yearFive spots

The first five businesses get the Standard site for the Starter down payment, in return for letting me write the site up as a named example, with whatever the numbers do in the first six months, good or bad.

Every site gets

Built by hand, fast on a phone.
No page builder, no plugins. Written from what you tell me about the business, with photos you have.
Your Google listing set up right.
Set up or cleaned up: category, hours, services, photos. If Google asks you to verify it, I walk you through that.
A page for each thing you do.
Written with the town names in, and the labels underneath that Google and AI assistants read, so there's something for them to quote.
A reviews kit.
A review link, a card for the counter with a QR code on it, and a text you can send. You do the asking; I set it up once.
Visitor and search stats, in your name.
So we can both see what the site is doing, and you keep the accounts.
Launch, and thirty days of fixes after it.
Domain pointed, site live, and anything I missed fixed for thirty days.

The care plan

Priced by what you get, not by the hour. Month to month after the first year.

The site stays up and fast.
Hosting, security, uptime watched, and the updates underneath — handled. No 'your site needs attention' emails, because there's nothing for them to be about.
Changes made as they come.
New hours, a price, a staff change, a photo swap, a paragraph. Send it, it's done, and I don't count them. New pages and bigger rewrites are priced separately.
Your Google listing kept right.
Holiday hours, new photos, posts when you have news.
Reviews answered.
Drafted in your voice within the week. You approve them before they go up if you want to.
A short note each month.
What changed, what people searched for, what I'd do next. A few lines, not a report.

When you need more

A blog post, written and published.
$125 each, or four in a month for $400.
Another service or town page.
$150, linked in and structured like the rest.
A logo that works on a phone.
$500 with a build. Your name set as a logo plus a simple mark, two or three directions, one round of changes, every file you'll need.
Photography.
You pay the photographer at their rate; $200 to me to plan the shots and get them on the site.

Leaving

The domain is registered in your name from day one. If you leave inside the first year on the half-price build, the other half becomes due; after the year, you cancel whenever you like. Your domain goes wherever you go, and I'll help point it there. I won't pull a site down over an invoice — I'll call you first.

I'm James. I'm in Melbourne, I build these myself, and I answer my own phone.
